Amy Hamilton
As Chief Administrative Officer at Osaic, Amy is responsible for elevating the Osaic employee experience, as well as helping the firm manage key risks and modernize the compliance function. Amy also coordinates interactions with the Osaic Board of Directors and certain shareholder communications and contributes to the formulation of strategic initiatives and overall delivery of results.
Career summary
Before joining Osaic, Amy served as EVP and Chief Audit Executive at LPL Financial, reporting to the Chair of the Audit Committee of the LPL Board of Directors and to the LPL CFO. Before LPL, Amy served as the Chief Audit Executive for Marsh McLennan (MMC), and prior to that, the North America Controller of Marsh, Inc., the global insurance broker and risk advisor division of MMC. Prior to MMC, she was the Chief Financial Officer for CS STARS, a risk and claims software division of Marsh. Before these roles, Amy held strategy and financial leadership roles with Comdisco. Her earlier career experience was with the big four accounting firm KPMG in the U.S. and overseas.
Amy has a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA, with concentrations in strategy and international business, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, an AICPA Certified Global Management Accountant, and has lent her expertise to multiple charitable organizations.
