Dimple Shah
As Executive Vice President, Strategy & Client Experience, Dimple is responsible for guiding Osaic’s longer-term growth strategy based on voice of the customer, the competitive landscape, and ongoing industry shifts. In collaboration with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Dimple works across the executive and senior leadership team to align and activate on business strategies. She also has oversight of the teams responsible for operationalizing strategy as well as advancing data, analytics, and AI; communications and PR; advisor training and change management; and event experiences for the firm.
Career summary
Dimple has over 25 years of experience developing and executing board level, corporate, and business strategies to fuel operating margin expansion for publicly traded, mid-cap to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Osaic, Dimple served as a strategy consultant for wealth management industry firms. Previously, Dimple spent five years as the EVP and Head of Corporate Strategy for LPL Financial. She also launched and managed the New Ventures unit at LPL. Earlier in her career, Dimple served in strategy, operational, and consulting roles at Marsh & McClennan, Hewlett-Packard, PayPal, and Oliver Wyman.
Dimple earned her B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
