As Executive Vice President, Advisor Engagement and Co-Head of the Osaic Independent Channel, Erinn leads a team of Relationship Leaders who serve as strategic growth partners to business owners, connecting them to services and resources that support their goals. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional, relationship-driven service experience through collaboration and partnership to build personalized, right-fit solutions that foster the success of Financial Professionals and their clients. Erinn drives enterprise efforts that bring advisors together through councils, study groups, and communities that amplify feedback, strengthen peer connection, and promote best-practice sharing.
Career Summary
A lifelong learner, Erinn is a passionate thought leader, mentor, and advocate for women in financial services. She is a frequent industry speaker and has received multiple honors, including Wealth Management Magazine’s “Ten to Watch,” Wealth Solutions Report’s Woman Advisor Growth Leader of the Year award, and ThinkAdvisor’s Executive Leadership Luminaries Award. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Erinn has held senior leadership roles across business development, relationship management, and strategy, joining Osaic in 2021 after serving as President and CEO of KMS Financial and previously as President of Cetera Advisors.
