Erinn Ford
As Head of Enterprises, Erinn leads with a deep understanding of the
opportunities and complexities facing owners of enterprises, Offices of
Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJs), and team and ensemble firms. Under
her leadership, the Enterprises team connects these financial professionals with strategic guidance, resources, and best practices
that help strengthen their organizations and pursue their goals. This
tailored support helps each business define and achieve success on its
own terms. Erinn and her team serve more than 300 enterprises and
OSJs and more than 5,000 financial professionals, representing
approximately $300 billion in assets under administration.
Career Summary
A lifelong learner, Erinn is a passionate thought leader, mentor, and advocate for women in financial services. She is a frequent industry speaker and has received multiple honors, including Wealth Management Magazine’s “Ten to Watch,” Wealth Solutions Report’s Woman Advisor Growth Leader of the Year award, and ThinkAdvisor’s Executive Leadership Luminaries Award. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Erinn has held senior leadership roles across business development, relationship management, and strategy, joining Osaic in 2021 after serving as President and CEO of KMS Financial and previously as President of Cetera Advisors.
