Jeffrey Green
As Chief Human Resources Officer at Osaic, one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management solutions, Jeffrey oversees a highperforming team that defines and fosters Osaic's performance-driven culture, including executive selection, leadership development and succession, talent management and planning, employee engagement, retention, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design and strategic workforce planning to meet the needs of a transformational firm. He is also the Chairman of the Osaic Foundation.
Career summary
Jeffrey joined Osaic in 2016. Before being elevated to Chief Human Resources Officer, he served as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Total Rewards.
Before Osaic, he held leadership positions at AIG supporting AIG Advisor Group, brokerage distribution, strategic accounts, qualified plans, and annuity sales on various HR matters, including employee relations, organizational design, and talent management. He also held various HR roles at global petrochemical company LyondellBasell and Comerica Bank's business bank unit.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Foresight and Future Studies from the University of Houston.
