Joe Gaeckle
As Head of Advisor Solutions, Joe brings together advisor-facing functions around a shared focus on growth and business success. His organization includes Advisory Consulting, helping financial professionals transition to fee-based models and improve engagement and conversion; Product Sales, expanding access to and use of Osaic’s product shelf; Capital Solutions, growing credit, lending, and securities-based lending capabilities; Planning & High Net Worth Services, providing advanced planning and specialized support for high-net-worth clients; and Practice Management, supporting staffing, workflow, and business planning strategies.
Under his leadership, these teams enable financial professionals to deepen client relationships, expand their capabilities, and build stronger, more efficient businesses. Joe also serves on Osaic’s Operational Committee and is an executive sponsor of the firm’s High Net Worth Symposium.
Career Summary
Joe joined Lincoln Financial Network in 2013 and advanced through several leadership roles, ultimately leading the National Planning Institute (NPI). Since Osaic acquired Lincoln Financial Network in 2024, he has expanded NPI’s impact and helped financial professionals navigate an increasingly complex wealth management landscape. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Joe is known for developing forward-thinking strategies, leading large-scale transformation, and empowering teams to deliver results.
