John DiMonda
As Co-Head of the Osaic Independent Channel, John directs enterprise efforts to ensure that Osaic-affiliated independent financial professionals are met with a culture of care and service excellence in their experiences. He leads strategic business, sales, and revenue growth for Osaic’s independent advisors through a nationwide field network and collaborates with senior leadership on long‑term revenue strategy and industry expansion. John serves on the board of the Osaic Foundation, the National Advisory Board, and the Osaic Teams Advisory Council.
Career Summary
Before joining Osaic, John spent 21 years at Lincoln Financial Group, serving as President and CEO of Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA) and Lincoln Financial Securities (LFS), and previously as Managing Director for LFA’s Metro and North Central Regions. He also created the Strategic Practice Navigator™, a turnkey coaching program designed to deliver insight, direction and rapid results to practice leaders.
John is a member of the American College’s President’s Advisory Council and previously served as Board member and Vice Chair of the American College’s Foundation Annual Fund. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designations and Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 26 FINRA Securities licenses. John studied undergraduate at the State University of New York and is a long-time student of Dan Sullivan and the Strategic Coach Program™.
