John DiMonda
John DiMonda is co-head of Advisor Engagement at Osaic, one of the nation’s largest providers of wealth management solutions. In his role, John drives strategic business, sales and revenue growth for Osaic’s independent advisors through our network of field offices nationwide and works with senior executives across Osaic to continuously define the revenue strategy for long-term profitability and expanded growth footprint in the industry. He also serves on the Board for the Osaic Foundation.
Career summary
Before joining Osaic, John spent 21 years at Lincoln Financial Group including serving as President and CEO of Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA) and Lincoln Financial Securities (LFS), and before that, serving as Managing Director for LFA’s Metro and North Central Regions, where he drove strategy for two of LFA’s most productive Regions. He is also the creator of the Strategic Practice Navigator™, a turnkey coaching program that leverages proven experience, industry expertise and a robust training method to deliver insight, direction and rapid results to practice leaders.
John is a member of the American College’s President’s Advisory Council and has previously served as a past Board member and Vice Chair of the American College’s Foundation Annual Fund. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designations, as well as the Series 7, 9, 10, 24 & 26 FINRA Securities licenses. John studied undergraduate at the State University of New York and is a long-time student of Dan Sullivan and the Strategic Coach Program™.
