Kristy Britt
As Chief Financial Officer of Osaic, Kristy has oversight for all aspects of the firm’s financial operations and is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the firm’s finance department. Additionally, Kristy directs long-term financial planning and cost management and ensures alignment with the firm’s strategic plan.
Career Summary
Kristy joined Osaic in 2024 and brings over 25 years of experience in financial management and strategy for global public companies. Prior to Osaic, she held several roles in financial leadership and strategic planning at Thomson Reuters, including her last role serving as the Head of Finance for the Operations and Technology organization. Kristy also led the execution of an enterprise-wide change program that impacted all facets of the company’s business. Kristy has a proven track record in financial strategy and planning, including implementing cost saving initiatives that accelerated revenue growth and improved customer experiences.
Kristy earned an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Sacramento.
