Career Summary

Saumya has over three decades of legal and regulatory expertise in both the public and private sectors and senior leadership. She brings extensive experience leading global, regional, and business-aligned legal and regulatory functions for financial services and technology companies. Before Osaic, Saumya was Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Meta Platforms. Prior to that, she was General Counsel at Diem Networks. She also has extensive experience in wealth management, strategic transactions and regulatory compliance from her tenures as global head of regulatory affairs at Credit Suisse and managing director at UBS. Earlier in her career, Saumya spent eight years at the Office of the Comptroller of Currency, U.S. Department of Treasury in the Enforcement and Legislative and Regulatory Divisions. This experience is instrumental in helping Osaic navigate evolving financial regulations while driving growth.

Saumya holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
