Shannon Reid
As President of Osaic, Inc. and Head of Advisor Growth and Engagement of Osaic, one of the nation's largest providers of wealth management solutions, Shannon is responsible for driving advisor recruiting and engagement, while partnering across the organization and with advisors to support same-store sales, on-platform asset growth, and the expansion of Osaic’s Empowered Independence (W2) model.
Career summary
Shannon joined Osaic in 2026, bringing more than 18 years of experience
at Raymond James, having held senior leadership roles across wealth
management, practice management, retirement strategy, and risk
management. Her work has included designing award-winning practice
management and financial planning programs, leading firmwide
retirement and cash management strategy, and driving large-scale
operational and strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Shannon was President of the Independent Contractor
Division at Raymond James Financial Services and a member of the
firm’s Senior Leadership Team. In that position, she lead one of
Raymond James’s largest business units, supporting independent
advisors through enterprise strategy, advisor enablement, and
operational execution.
Prior to joining Raymond James, Shannon began her career at Goldman
Sachs, where she worked on major strategic initiatives including GS India,
and later co-managed the Southeast region of Goldman Sachs’s wealth
management business.
Shannon is known for aligning strategy, talent, and infrastructure to drive
scalable growth and long-term value, with a leadership style grounded in
accountability, collaboration, and purposeful execution.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her MBA
from Columbia Business School.
