Signature Women-Forward conference brings together more than 600 advisors around growth, innovation and connection

Osaic, Inc. (“Osaic”), one of the nation’s largest providers of wealth management strategies, today announced details of its 2026 W Forum, the firm’s annual conference dedicated to supporting, connecting and advancing women financial professionals across its network. Now in its 19th year, the sold-out two-day event, a cornerstone of Osaic’s Women Forward initiative, convenes more than 600 advisors, leaders and partners around the theme Amplify.

This year’s program centers on four tracks: Amplify Growth, Amplify Connection, Amplify Innovation and Amplify Strength. Together, they reflect Osaic’s focus on helping women build stronger businesses, deepen client relationships, embrace change and lead with purpose. Through keynotes, workshops and peer-driven discussions, attendees will gain practical insights and actionable strategies that support both professional performance and long-term sustainability.

This year’s event strikes a balance between professional and personal well-being. Dr. Manna Semby, a champion of women’s resilience, will offer practical guidance that supports health and longevity – because success without wellbeing is not sustainable. Patti Brennan, one of Osaic’s top advisors, and her sister, Olympic medalist Mary Ellen Clark, will participate in a moderated conversation on sisterhood, resilience and purpose. Additional sessions explore productivity, wellness and managing anxiety in an AI-driven world.

The program also spotlights Osaic’s 2026 Women Forward Visionaries, an annual initiative that elevates standout women advisors from across the network. Selected through a competitive application process, four advisors each deliver a TED Talk-style presentation developed in partnership with a professional coach. The 2026 Visionaries are Cassie Adesina, CFP®, of The Next Level Planning Group; Amanda Miller of Taurus Wealth Management; Amy Weinberger of Green Earth Financial Professionals LLC; and Mindy Zatta of IronBridge Wealth Counsel.

Osaic leaders will take the stage throughout the event. Kimmell and Executive Vice President of Advisor Engagement, Erinn Ford, will deliver opening remarks. Jamie Price, CEO, will introduce newly appointed President and Head of Advisor Growth and Engagement, Shannon Reid, who will provide an update on Osaic and host an open Q&A forum. Chief Market Strategist Phil Blancato and Jaime Desmond, COO of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management, will present a market update.

Beyond the main stage, W Forum 2026 features breakout sessions, peer-to-peer learning through the Braindate platform, a community impact initiative with Strings for Hope, and curated wellness and lifestyle experiences, followed by a closing-night celebration.

W Forum is open to women Osaic advisors and a select group of participants from across the firm’s ecosystem. The event welcomes approximately 600 attendees, including advisors, home office leaders and strategic partners.
