Osaic welcomes $464 million Gardner Wallace Financial Solutions through Advisory Resource Group

Texas-based wealth management team overseeing $464 million in client assets affiliates to accelerate growth, expand advisor team and strengthen succession planning

Osaic, Inc. (“Osaic”), one of the nation’s largest providers of wealth management strategies, today announced that Gardner Wallace Financial Solutions (“Gardner Wallace”) has joined the firm through Kurt Jonson’s Advisory Resource Group (“ARG”), an office of supervisory jurisdiction (OSJ). Based in Addison, Texas, the firm oversees approximately $464 million in client assets and previously operated with Kestra.

Led by Frances Gardner, CFP®, Andrew Gardner, CFP®, and Patrick Wallace, ChFC®, Gardner Wallace provides comprehensive wealth management, insurance, business planning and tax planning services to individuals and business owners. The move reflects the firm’s focus on continued asset growth, advisor team expansion and structured long-term succession planning.

As the firm prepares for its next phase of leadership evolution, including future transition planning to Andrew Gardner and Patrick Wallace, the team sought a partner aligned with its vision for scale, flexibility and operational efficiency. After years as a top-performing firm on its prior platform, the team determined it needed stronger infrastructure, enhanced technology and greater flexibility to support its next stage of growth.

“As we look ahead, this decision was about building a firm that outlasts any one individual. Our longstanding relationship with the ARG leadership team made this a natural fit,” said Andrew Gardner. “We needed the flexibility to grow our advisor team, reduce administrative complexity and execute a thoughtful ownership transition. Osaic and ARG provide a clear path forward.”

A key priority for the firm is expanding advisor capacity, including recruiting, training and developing new advisors while maintaining a high-touch client experience. Through Osaic and ARG, Gardner Wallace will leverage business development support, platform efficiencies and succession planning resources designed to help entrepreneurial firms scale without compromising service.

“Gardner Wallace is exactly the kind of planning-focused, growth-minded team we built ARG to support,” said Jonson. “They’ve established a strong foundation and are ready for their next chapter. With Osaic’s scale and our hands-on OSJ support, they can expand strategically, develop talent and transition leadership with confidence.”

In addition to succession planning resources, the team sought improved platform economics, enhanced technology and deeper business development support to help scale efficiently while preserving its relationship-driven model.

“Osaic continues to attract firms who seek to thrive for the long term. They understand it's not only about assets, but about legacy,” said Kristen Kimmell, executive vice president of business development at Osaic. “Through ARG and the broader Osaic ecosystem, we’re delivering the infrastructure, succession expertise and advisor development resources growth-oriented teams need to scale sustainably.”
