First, I want to say thank you to all of you, and your teams, for your collective efforts in preparing for the transition into Osaic. While you have now crossed the bridge to Osaic, I want to honor the rich history of Securities America and say “welcome” as you officially join Osaic.
As with the earlier integrations, I have seen what’s possible with the power of one in expanding your community, connections, and resources to support you and your business.
Transition News
We understand the importance of the experience with this transition for you, your team, and your clients. We are here to help you acclimate to Osaic. Your success is our top priority.
The transition portal is updated with the latest developments post-transition. You’ll continue to receive “Transition News” every Monday and Osaic’s Weekly EDGE on Tuesdays, which will have specifics just for you for the next few weeks. The transition portal will continue to be live for at least 90 days post-transition.
Your feedback in action
In our town hall in May we featured Chad Parmenter who facilitated a discussion with leaders regarding topics important to you.We heard from many of you that the town hall virtual conversation style was an effective way to learn about information and resources important to you, as well as to hear and learn from your peers.
In response to that feedback, we will launch a quarterly virtual town hall series to create more connection and opportunity for you to stay up to date on all you need from Osaic. We will be sending an invite in the next few weeks- so stay tuned!

Community Connections at Ovation
Our hearts are full after spending 4 wonderful days with 370 Financial professionals and guests celebrating your success, sharing feedback, and planning for the future. Some of our favorite highlights included opportunities to connect with family and friends along with the opportunity to discuss strategies to continue the growth trajectory of our financial professionals at our business roundtables.
There were several fruitful and forward-looking discussions around M&A and Succession Planning, Building Team-Based Businesses, Executing on your Value Proposition, Embracing your Tech Stack, and Holistic Wealth & High Net Worth investing.
Our celebratory recognition events have continued to evolve. We can’t wait to see you next year and are looking forward to Odyssey in July!

Launching the Ensemble Council
The wealth management industry has seen a widespread increase in the development of multi-advisor practices to drive growth and achieve scale. Osaic produced thought leadership on this with Cerulli Associates and you can download it today. To ensure we’re hearing from you and what’s working in those team-based businesses at Osaic, we’re excited to announce the formal launch of the Osaic Ensemble Council! Our thanks to all the participating financial professionals for giving us their time.
Your Advisor Engagement Team Coming Together
Our Osaic Advisor Engagement team met recently to collaborate on all things organic growth and how we best partner with advisors to: 1) strategize with them to deliver value to their clients, 2) run healthy and profitable businesses, and 3) gain time back in their day to focus on the people and priorities they love!

Our content migration journey continues in phases, as sections are consolidated and redefined from various portals. View the latest updates and find out what sections will be moved next, in preparation for sunsetting Business Center this summer.
We’ve made exciting changes to our financial planning services to better align with your clients’ needs and demographics, as well as to incorporate industry-leading financial planning fee-for-service features. Osaic’s Financial Planning program now offers three separate service options, each with two expiration options, standard “point in time” or annually renewable.
