As I reflect on the past month, the importance of our relationship and community are paramount to putting you at the center of everything we do. Update on Digital (r)evolution:

First and foremost, our team is dedicated to ensuring we continue to keep digital transformation updates front and center. Our teams are working to solve issues and deliver enhancements that meet your needs and expectations.

Latest improvements & enhancements to eQuipt:

Thank you all for attending the digital transformation town hall a few weeks ago. In case you missed it, the replay is posted on the digital (r)evolution site, where you can also access the slides and Q&A from the town hall.

You heard on our last town hall that a few eQuipt enhancements – including starting a WMP proposal in new eQuipt and multi-account opening - were planned for September. To ensure you receive the highest quality experience and consistency across all platforms, these new features will now be available through a phased rollout starting in October.

We also encourage you to view the replay of the Digital Town Hall from earlier this week. In this session, we covered three key topics:

  • Overview of eSignature on eQuipt (new)
  • Overview of OneHub reporting, including revenue reporting, household reporting, AUM reporting, etc.
  • Overview and best practices of the Annuity Submission Platform (ASP)

Protect your business against ransomware incidents

There have been several recent ransomware cases. To protect your business, it’s strongly encouraged that you take the following actions:

  • Make sure multi-factor authentication (MFA) is set up for your VPN accounts. Reference your VPN solution’s documentation to support set up, as implementation steps vary based on provider.
  • Remember to use a firm-approved password vault (e.g., Dashlane, KeePass, LastPass, etc.) to manage your passwords instead of saving them in your browser.
  • If your passwords are saved in a web browser, they should be removed and reset. Recent ransomware cases leveraged passwords stored in Google Chrome.
