Empowering you to thrive

A message from Erinn Ford, EVP, Advisor Engagement

Valued Partners,

I hope this message finds you enjoying summer! For me, I am looking forward to a get-together with my extended family in August in Lake Chelan, WA. Our crew of 18 strong enjoy activities on the lake as well as competitive rounds of card games and spoons.

It has been a productive month! A few highlights:

  • Our NXT event that was dedicated to the future of wealth management! You can access the replays now through August. I was thrilled that 1,300 of you had the opportunity to hear from our keynote speakers, executive leaders, and your advisor peers.
  • My advisor engagement team of relationship managers came together at the end of May to spend time focusing on all of you and how we elevate our relationship as we come under the Power of One Osaic. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our partnership, service and resources to help you:
    • Deliver massive value to your clients.
    • Build a healthy and profitable business to increase your enterprise value.
    • Gain efficiency to put time back into your day to focus on the people and priorities that matter most to you.
  • Our official ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of our new headquarters space in Scottsdale. It was a wonderful celebration of our new location as it feels and looks like the future of wealth management. Please let us know when you are in the area, we would love to host you!
  • We hosted a virtual town hall with our 3,200 employees who are dedicated to serving you in what you do every day to help achieve better outcomes for your clients.

Your feedback in action

We have been listening and engaging with you over the first half of 2024. One of the themes is the evolution of our digital platform – specifically on eQuipt. Based upon your feedback:

  • We released remaining account registrations, bringing us to 100% coverage.
  • New eQuipt has reached full parity with legacy eQuipt in terms of account funding methods that can be added with a new account.
  • We have released New Account Supervision process inside New eQuipt.
  • Coming next: A more integrated experience between WMP and New eQuipt is in flight, as well as implementing e-sign notifications for e-signature invites sent through new eQuipt.

Please keep your feedback coming – for more ways to share: Support Center, eQuipt, & OneHub feedback: Feedback@osaic.com

Our partnership – and people - in action

We love connecting our team and resources – to YOU in the areas you’ve asked for.

Advisor-led sessions at NXT

Your advisor peers either led or participated in over 60 breakouts. For our team, this is an important part of our role with you to ensure we’re matching peer speakers and topics to what you’re asking for. The top peer breakout sessions are featured below.

Community Connections at Ovation

Our hearts are full after spending 4 wonderful days with 370 Financial professionals and guests celebrating your success, sharing feedback, and planning for the future. Some of our favorite highlights included opportunities to connect with family and friends along with the opportunity to discuss strategies to continue the growth trajectory of our financial professionals at our business roundtables.

There were several fruitful and forward-looking discussions around M&A and Succession Planning, Building Team-Based Businesses, Executing on your Value Proposition, Embracing your Tech Stack, and Holistic Wealth & High Net Worth investing.

Our celebratory recognition events have continued to evolve. We can’t wait to see you next year and are looking forward to Odyssey in July!

Until Next Time

My best wishes to you, your teams, and your clients for an enjoyable summer season.

Please always feel welcome to reach out at AdvisorEngagement@Osaic.com and a member of my team will get back to you promptly.

PEER CONNECT

Building a community for a specific audience

The concept of solopreneurs isn't new, but what's different in today's world is the focus on how much growth can be positively impacted if solopreneurs are connected into a network of their peers.

Building a community for a specific audience with several different ways for a person to choose to participate is a critical factor in inclusion and accessibility. Our Women Forward initiative looks to do just that, and we were proud to feature several of your peers in this in-depth look at how peer communities foster connections that drive growth.
