I want to officially welcome all our former Securities America advisors and their teams to this next phase of your journey with Osaic. It’s not lost on us the degree of change this transition has had on your business, and we are working diligently through our partnership with you to acclimate you and your teams to the new environment.

In today’s issue, we focus on the digital journey at Osaic and how we are improving our solutions and increase their effectiveness to enhance your business in a variety of ways. I’d like to share a few highlights, as technology continues to be our largest spend from a strategic initiative investment perspective:

• Digital (r)evolution is an ongoing journey. In each “sprint,” developers are rolling out fixes and enhancements to our three main digital solutions: eQuipt, OneHub, and WMP. We are responding in an iterative approach with rapid releases in response to your feedback. Bookmark the digital (r)evolution microsite for updates.
• eQuipt: We understand that there has been bumps with the transition from old eQuipt to new eQuipt – whether it is tied to enhancements and/or education needed. In response:
  • Join us for a new Digital Transformation Town Hall:
    • Register for the webinar.
    • Tuesday, August 6 at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET.
  • Currently, we have moved to daily releases to evolve new eQuipt and continue to focus on the resources and support you need to serve your clients with confidence.
  • We understand that as older systems are retired, there are still capabilities that need enhancements in our new offering as well as some learning for all of us as we use new eQuipt. Here are some resources that will help you understand how we are rapidly embracing your feedback and evolving this solution:
    • Top feedback inventory and weekly updates: This is the source of truth for all ongoing updates and modification. We are prioritizing the most meaningful updates to quickly enhance the experience. Check it out.

Your feedback in action

We have been listening and engaging with you over the first half of 2024. One of the themes is the evolution of our digital platform – specifically on eQuipt. Based upon your feedback:

• We released remaining account registrations, bringing us to 100% coverage.
• New eQuipt has reached full parity with legacy eQuipt in terms of account funding methods that can be added with a new account.
• Coming next: A more integrated experience between WMP and New eQuipt is in flight, as well as implementing e-sign notifications for e-signature invites sent through new eQuipt.

This is one of my favorite sections because I’m so excited for the engagement we have with all of you, along with sharing some inside peeks at how we’re working to enhance Osaic’s culture to better serve you.
